Program description
Self Run Setter is software, built by Cadence Leads, that local businesses use to text people who asked them to get in touch. When you send a business an inquiry, for example by filling out a form, claiming an offer or texting them, that business may use Self Run Setter to text you back from its own business number.
These texts are about your inquiry. They can include answers to your questions, times to book an appointment, appointment confirmations, and follow up messages if the conversation goes quiet. Some texts are written by an AI setter and may be reviewed by the business's team before they are sent. A person at the business can join the conversation at any time.
If you text our own number to try Self Run Setter, you will get texts from us under these same terms.
Consent
You get these texts because you gave the business your mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, for example by checking a box or submitting a form that said so. Each business that uses Self Run Setter is responsible for collecting that consent before it texts you.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on how the conversation goes and whether you book. If you stop replying, you may get follow up texts over the following days. Texts are sent only between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's normal rates apply to texts you send and receive. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You will get one message confirming that you have opted out, and no more texts will be sent to you from that business number after that. If you want texts again later, reply START or contact the business.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email [email protected] or contact the business directly.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your phone's coverage.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these SMS terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Our general terms of service also apply to businesses that use Self Run Setter.
